Email-in settings

What each switch in Settings → Email-in does, and the always-allowed and always-ignored lists.

These settings save as soon as you change them.

Switches

• Watch my forwarded mail (on): keep what's about a transaction from your Gmail or Outlook rule, ignore the rest.
• Start new transactions from contracts automatically (off): when a signed purchase agreement arrives for a property you don't have yet, Closima sets up the whole transaction and asks you to check it. See Start a transaction.
• Morning summary at 7am (on): see The morning summary.
• Settlement statements for taxes in January (on): see January settlement statements.

Autopilot

Pick the emails Closima may send by itself, and the time. Everything is off until you check it. See Autopilot.

Always allowed and always ignored

One address or @domain per line. These save when you click out of the box.

• Always allowed: title companies, lenders and assistants whose mail should always be processed, for example @summitridgetitle.com.
• Always ignored: never processed, even if it's sent to files@.
