January settlement statements for taxes

Each January, Closima drafts an email to last year's clients with their settlement statement.

From January 2 to 15, Closima drafts one email for every transaction you closed the year before, with its final settlement statement attached. It goes to the clients who have an email on the transaction, with your agent copied, or to your agent if there's no client email.

The drafts wait on Today like any other. Nothing is sent until you send it.

A transaction gets skipped if no settlement statement is on file. Make sure the final statement is in the transaction's documents before January.

Change the wording in Settings → Email templates ("Settlement statement for taxes"). Turn it off with Settlement statements for taxes in January in Settings → Email-in.
