Autopilot: emails that send themselves

Choose which drafts Closima may send without you, and when.

In Settings → Email-in → Autopilot, check the kinds of email you're happy to send without reviewing each one, and pick a time (8:00 AM unless you change it).

How it behaves

• Weekdays only, at your time.
• Only drafts that have been waiting at least 30 minutes, so you'll have seen them in your morning summary first. Discard one before then and it won't go. Drafts set to go show a Sends at time on Today.
• If an email can't go out, usually because a recipient has no email address, you get a notification once and the draft stays on Today for you.

Deadline heads-ups and Friday updates to your own agents are good first choices. Leave the emails to escrow and the other side until you trust the wording.
