Send the CDA for e-signature

The broker, the agent and you sign the commission disbursement agreement online, in order.

On a transaction, open Fee & invoice and click Send for signature.

Check the three signers, in signing order:

  1. Broker: filled in from Settings. Check Remember the broker for next time and you won't type their email again.
  2. Agent: the transaction's agent.
  3. You.

Click Send for signature. Each person gets an email from you, with your name, logo and color, when it's their turn. Anyone who hasn't signed after two days gets a reminder, up to three times.

While it's out

The fee card shows who has signed and who it's waiting on. Remind now sends the current signer their link again. Cancel request stops it, and nobody can sign it after that.

When everyone has signed

The signed CDA, with its signature certificate, is filed on the transaction and emailed to all three signers. The transaction's Activity shows each signature, and you get a notification.

What it costs

Each signature request on a transaction is included with its credit, up to 10. The window shows how many are used before you send. If you need more, 1 credit covers 10 more signature requests, and you're asked first. See Credits.
