Packages, pricing and invoices

Set up your services and prices once. Closima picks the fee for each transaction.

Packages

A package is a service you sell with its price: for example a buyer coordination package, a listing-to-close package, and a full-service listing package that starts at the listing. For each one choose the side it's for (buyer, listing or either) and whether it starts under contract or at the listing. You can have up to 12, with any names and prices.

When you start a transaction, Closima picks the package that fits its side and stage. You can change it on the transaction.

Intro price and both sides

• Intro price: a lower price for each agent's first one to five transactions. Cancelled transactions don't count.
• Both sides of one deal: the package price, 1.5 times it, or 2 times it.

Invoices

Fill in Payable to (usually your brokerage, since in Nevada your fee is paid through your broker) and On your invoices (your name, title, phone, email and license number), then Save settings. Each transaction's Commission Disbursement Agreement button makes the invoice for escrow from these details.
