What gets drafted

Every night at 2am in your time zone, and again whenever you open Today:

• the email for each checklist item due by the next business day that has one: open escrow, introductions, the earnest money receipt request, inspection check-in, preliminary title, repair-request and utility reminders, signing appointment, final walkthrough and the review-request offer
• a heads-up to your agent about each deadline in the next two business days
• on Fridays, a weekly update for each agent with open transactions
• January 2 to 15, last year's settlement statements for clients' taxes

Each item is drafted once. A draft you send or discard won't come back.

Reviewing a draft

Click Review & send. You can change the recipients, subject, text and attachments. It goes out in your name, and replies come to your email. Sending a checklist item's email also checks the item off.

Save wording for next time turns your edits into your template for that kind of email, with the transaction's details swapped back to fill-ins. Discard removes the draft for good.
