Notifications

The bell tells you what happened while you were busy.

The bell at the top of the sidebar (top right on your phone) lists what happened without you:

• documents received for a transaction, or waiting in the Inbox
• a new contract, or a transaction Closima started from one
• contract changes to review
• a broker review that sent something back
• emails drafted overnight
• an email autopilot couldn't send
• an agent opening their portal link
• someone joining from your invite

Click one to go straight to it. Mark all read clears the count. Read notifications are removed after 60 days.
