Bank statements, IDs and other sensitive files

Personal financial and ID documents are hidden from agents and deleted after 90 days.

Closima treats files like pre-approval letters, bank and account statements, pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, driver's licenses, IDs and passports as sensitive, going by the file name. Settlement and closing statements are not in this group. They're ordinary transaction documents.

What changes for a sensitive file

• It's marked with a shield and Deletes followed by a date, 90 days after it arrived.
• It never appears on an agent's portal page.
• On that date Closima deletes it, and the transaction's Activity notes it.

A transaction on legal hold keeps its documents.
