Refer a TC: give a credit, get a credit

Refer a colleague. They get an extra free credit, and you get one when they start their first transaction.

Open Settings and click Refer a TC at the bottom of the list of sections. Enter up to ten email addresses and, if you like, a short note. The referral comes from Closima in your name, and replies go to you.

Or share your link gives you a link to post or text. Anyone who signs up from it counts as your referral.

The reward

• They get 1 extra free credit, so they start with 4.
• You get 1 free credit when they start their first transaction. Signing up alone doesn't earn it.

Your referrals shows each person as invited, joined, or Credit earned. You also get a notification when they join and when your credit arrives. Each address is referred once, and you can send up to 25 a day.

What doesn't count

Referrals to yourself don't earn credits. A sign-up from the same network you use Closima from (the same internet connection) shows as Not eligible, and neither side gets a credit. If a genuine referral was caught by this, for example a colleague in your office, email us and we'll sort it out.
