How Closima fits with TransactionDesk
Closima is your back office. Your broker's system stays the official record.
Your brokerage decides where transaction files officially live, often Lone Wolf TransactionDesk. Closima doesn't replace that. It's the part of the job TransactionDesk doesn't do for you as an independent TC: reading what arrives, working out the deadlines, drafting the follow-up emails, and keeping track of your agents and your fees.
What goes where
- Documents still get uploaded to TransactionDesk for compliance. Closima keeps a copy so it can check items off and show your agents what's in.
- The contract details you'd otherwise retype are on each transaction under For TransactionDesk, one copy button per field, or Copy all. Dates are already in MM/DD/YYYY.
- Broker review notices from TransactionDesk, Authentisign and similar systems can come to Closima too. A rejection becomes a task due today on the right transaction.
Bringing documents over from TransactionDesk
Download the transaction's documents from TransactionDesk as a .zip and drop the zip on the Inbox. Closima unpacks it (up to 100 MB) and treats each file like an emailed document.
